But in Nigeria and many parts of Africa, the idea of a continuous power supply is nothing more than an elusive dream.

We should know. Many of Stodad’s directors grew up in Nigeria – and even attended the same high school there – before coming to the U.S. for their higher education.

The electrical supply in Nigeria is often so undependable that many homes and businesses often have to rely on a diesel generator to power their homes. They’re the power supply lifeline for the rich and the poor, for high-rise apartments and marketplaces, for banks, hotels, hospitals, schools and virtually any human activity in Nigeria.
